Order Dispatch Timeframes

Your order is usually dispatched within 1-3 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. 

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Shipping with in Australia

  • All Orders - Standard shipping for a flat $6.95
  • Express shipping - Flat $15, select option at check out

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post - Standard shipping may take up to 5 to 8 business days and Express shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.

Remote Locations: Certain suburbs around Australia are deemed remote and unsupported by the courier network.  In this case the couriers will pass these through to Australia Post for fulfilment which may add to the delivery timeframes.

Shipping outside Australia

International parcel postage price is calculated at checkout and includes tracking information.

Please ensure you provide us with a correct street address and postcode, as well as your correct email address and phone number to ensure there are no delays with the delivery of your order.

Tracking My Order

Once your order has been processed and payment details verified, the products you have ordered will be dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1-3 working days.

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation, as well as your tracking number. If you do not receive an order confirmation email or a tracking number, please contact our customer service team via email at  info@greenigo.com.au

Failed Deliveries and Re-Deliveries

Please ensure you provide accurate and complete address details, including your unit/apartment number, at checkout to avoid delivery delays or failed attempts. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the return of your order to our facility. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs for resending the order.

It is mandatory to provide a valid phone number during checkout. Orders without a phone number may experience delays.

If no one is available to receive the delivery or special delivery instructions are not provided, the carrier may contact you via email or mobile phone to inform you that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. It is the recipient's responsibility to contact the local depot to arrange for collection or schedule a new delivery date.


Greenigo will endeavour to ship your order promptly, and ensure your goods arrive safely to your nominated address. All orders are shipped from our Victorian warehouse in Australia.
